We invite you to step away from the screen and into the heart of the canyon. Our Three-Day Double Rafting tour is designed for those who truly love the water. While a one-day trip is an exciting thrill, two days on the river is a total transformation. We want you to feel the rhythm of the Tara River and leave the modern world behind for a while.
You arrive at our camp in the late afternoon. The first thing you will notice is how the air changes. It is cooler and fresher here. The constant hum of the city is replaced by the steady, low roar of the water. We will check you into a cozy wooden house.
Dinner is served as the sun dips behind the cliffs. We prepare local specialties like slow-roasted meat and traditional pies. You will spend the evening sitting by a crackling campfire, watching the stars come out. The night is deep and quiet, ensuring the best sleep you have had in years.
The morning starts with the smell of fresh coffee and the forest. After a hearty breakfast, we get ready for your first rafting trip. We provide all the professional equipment you need, including a wetsuit, life jacket, and helmet. Our guides give you a clear safety briefing so you feel confident and ready.
Then, we hit the water. This first trip takes you through the most exciting part of the canyon. You will navigate powerful rapids that get your heart racing. The water is so clear you can see the stones on the riverbed even in the deep sections. Between the fast parts, there are moments of total peace where the canyon walls rise hundreds of meters above you. We stop at a cold waterfall for photos and a quick swim. You return to camp for a hot lunch, feeling like a hero.
On your third day, we head back to the river for your second rafting trip. This is the best part of the tour. Since you have done it once, you are no longer nervous. You know how to sit in the boat and how to use your paddle. This allows you to really look around and soak in the beauty.
You will notice things you missed the day before: the way the moss grows on the wet cliffs or the specific blue of the water. This second run allows you to perfect your technique and feel more in sync with the current. It is a grounding experience that clears your mind. After the descent, we finish with a final traditional meal at the camp. You will head home with a deep sense of peace. You did not just visit the river: you lived on it for a while.
